mini monologuethink of happy bright colours, the whole entire rainbow to be exact and its significance. think of the tweeting birds of spring or the gigs that are coming up soon. don't go over the edge hyper because it wears you out too much to keep it constantly going. remember to just enjoy the moment and not to worry. doodle if you want, get everything out on paper, be opptermistic about snow and the possibilty of closer friends. remember the tv rots your brain and eating veg keeps you happy. think back to meditating and the general background buzz. sink into bed with a good book and look forward to a good conversation.mini monologue

myselfso how do i feel in myself? you may ask as i incline my head from side to side. oh, isn't it such along time since you asked? well, myself, i feel just fine. i smile in the rain and cold mornings, knowing that the futures just that. in the future, where i won't touch or disturb it.myself
or lose track. so, yes i smile, and feel warm inside. waiting for anything to just occur. and yes you ask, how do i really feel as you stroke the cat. i'm in a talkative mood don't you know.
